Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

Japan's biggest franchise tries to make a splash in the West.

Review

Grab your great swords and sharpen your arrows boys and girls for these monsters Are no push over.

So capcom released monster hunter 3 ultimate which is possibly the best one in the series that was released the United Kingdom.

Weapons: depending on your play style you have a range of weapons at your disposal from great swords that are slow but deliver massive damage, to bows which are fast and have a range of status effects like poison.

Monsters: watch out for these bad boys as the monsters can be stupid and slow and then when you least expect it they will start getting harder and smarter.

Now monster hunter is a quest based game where you as the Hunter start in a village and start your quests from there once the hunting area loads you can roam the map until you find your prey, making weapons is a challenge as you need certain parts from monsters and these can be very rare.

The story is nice and fits well and the multuplayer is great as you form a 4 man team and take on more powerful beasties.

About the Review

I have spent 195 hours on monster hunter 3 ultimate and have a mixed set of armour that makes me more powerful each time I die. I have also killed over 400 monsters and made 100 weapons so that I may be able to best the worst of the monsters (there's always something worse)
